Lovely food at these Indian restaurant, we like spicy food and here the apparently use a kind of chilly that is not easy to find in other locations in London, we will definitely come back!!
Very expensive the restaurant was freezing cold due to the air con being on too high. The food was not to the high standard that I expected from the reviews & the waiter was mocking a table of customers. Definitely wouldn’t go back.
When so many Indian restaurants in London end up tasting the same and serving a disapponting selection that you could pick up almost anywhere, Spice of Life will blow your socks off. Quite aside from the friendly service and an owner who prefers to keep the music pop rather than Punjab, this is the only Indian eatery where I’ve ever seen a specials board – and one that takes advantage of local produce no less. Having eaten in as well as order food to take away I can say that all the dishes have been great with many offering tastes I’ve never had anywhere else. If you’re in the area and fancy a curry with a difference, breeze past the others and head here.
