I absolutely loved the place. I happened to be reading abook from the Rosie Project series (by Graeme Simsion) which mentioned TheAlchemist being one of the best cocktail bars. I was very excited that I got togo there on my holiday – and yes their cocktails were amazing. From cocktailsthat smoke to ones that change flavour as you go, I dont think you can gowrong.
Excellent. The best Mojitos I’ve had this side of Miami made by friendly staff. Would gladly go again.
