The White Rabbit Bar Leeds opened on 5th December 2014, having renamed, restyled and refurbished the previous bar on the site, taking our name from the 1960s Jefferson Airplane track and our design work from Alice in Wonderland. A great combination for sure. From the outset, our aim was to create a cosy, quirky but welcoming bar that combined quality beers, wines, spirits and cocktails ( or tea and coffee if you wish) accompanied by quality music across a range of styles, both recorded and live. Almost a year on we are pleased to have achieved that. Our second aim was to introduce a delicious lunchtime/evening food menu and after a couple of pop up kitchens we believe we have finally found the right formula.
