A true hidden gem, the seafood is exceptional and totally fresh don’t let the menu fool you it really doesn’t do the freshly cooked food justice. The lobster paella for two people is fantastic and well worth the price. Wonderful staff and truly a great place to get a see food fix.
Amazing seafood restaurant. I am delighted to have found this restaurant which is easily missed as its not in an area one would expect to find something as good. I think I have eaten some of the best shellfish ever here, – lobster, langoustine, clams, giant prawns, mussels, cuttlefish, squid, crab , oysters- everything really fresh – simply cooked, and utterly delicious,. You choose your selection from the ice-packed bar, it gets weighed and then sent to the kitchen to be prepared. The seafood platters that emerge are truly wonderful and not expensive for the quality of the food served. I have been there about 4 – 5 times and can’t wait to go back. I live quite a distance, but it ish’t a deterent as I can think of nowhere that offers the flavours, selection or value of Marisko. A real gem.
This restaurant really is a hidden gem just off the Camden Road. You are greeted by the freshest Seafood (most still alive) you will come across in the city. The mixed grill is spectacular and is 35 which isn’t bad at all between 2 people. Alternatively you can choose what you want it is weighed and priced there and then and grilled for you. Claudia is a little diamond always a busy bee but loves a good chat. It really is a pleasure to dine here! You know the question of what would you like to be your last supper… This has to be it! It never lets be down, always looks and tastes the same which is mouth-wateringly delicious. To be honest I’m there at least once a week For some of the very best shellfish and seafood available in London visit Marisko. It is unpretentious, relaxed and they serve some of the best seafood platters available in London. Lobsters. Langoustines, clams – cuttlefish – razor clams – everything we have tried has been superb.and sensibly priced. Could offer more for starters and definitely need more desserts to complete the meal, but nevertheless a great eating experience.
