Possibly one of the worst bars I have ever visited. Rude staff, bad food and watered-down drinks. It is clear that the barmaids who served me were miserable and I saw the security guards insulting and aggressively pushing a girl for no apparent reason. Terrible.
This place has been my local for over three years, I still go there during the weekend even if I moved to Harringay. I love the staff, the owner and the manager are good friends of mine. But, the failure in the kitchen, even with the new menu, can’t be overlooked. The drinks are affordable and they know how to make the basic cocktails, but the food is something that should be ordered only if you have no other options or are too lazy to go somewhere else and come back. It is too expensive and the preparation kill the quality of the ingredients. At times it gets better, but some of the staff there don’t know how to cook.UPDATE: I went yesterday night and part of the staff in the kitchen has changed. I tryed the sliders and things seem to have improved.
