I’ve just had my third Mixed Grill take out for two from Delight.I ordered by phone for collection. Honestly, this is one of the reasons I love living in Wood Green.Bang on time, & the staff remembered my name & referred to it often, which is impressive, rare, & quite unexpected.My name’s not the easiest to remember.I watched them prepare my meal(s) & noticed how much care & attention to detail was applied.Great customer service, & a welcoming atmosphere.Good decor, too.Superb, authentic food, & generous servings ( it’s really for two to share, but I ain’t sharing!)Next week, gentlemen!Royce.
We came here not knowing what to expect. Little did we know we were in for a treat!We were given warm fresh turkish bread with cacik, hummus, chili sauce and another garlicy yogurt sauce. Well that filled us up a bit before the mains arrived.We ordered a chicken shish and a yogurtlu adana. The portions were HUGE! We were also given an additional plate of salad as well as salad on our main meal plates. The chicken shish came with rice. The food was well cooked and seasoned and delicious. We left half the food due to the portion size. The waitress seemed worried but we assured her we enjoyed the food, it was just too much. We were given a dessert, I think it was called Kemal Pasa on the house.The total bill was about 17 which was a nice surprise especially considering the portions.Kebab Delight Wood Green – you were truly delightful!
