Pile it high food, disinterested staff & boring beer. Not a pub but usually an adequate restaurant that serves ‘carvery’ food.

Ate there just before Christmas and really enjoyed the food, good selection and not expensive. Good service even though they were very busy. The only thing we found a problem was the noise as we were sat by a table of about 20.

Veggie burger lovely. Fish and chips – great. Cheese and leek crumble – nice. Honey glazed veg – diabolical!! Not a drop of honey in sight – just boiled mushy veg!Would return but need a new veg chef. ?‍?

Had lunch here today. First time for me, but I’ll be back. Lovely food and very friendly staff. The pub itself has a warm cosy atmosphere.

Lovely food. Friendly and nice staff. I am coeliac and have to eat gluten free. There was lots of options for me to choose from. Been here a few times and would definitely recommend this.

The food is delicious, wide range to choose from and is good value for money. The service is also really good, really attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere was okay but with a few touches here and there then it could be great.
