While everything seemed to be packed around Canary Wharf, this place was almost empty so we decided to sit down, as we had quite a large group of people. The drinks selection is quite short and I’d just recommend you get a pint of peroni. However there’s a few snacks to have with your drink at 4.50 each and they are pretty decent. I had the calamari and it went well with my beer and one of my friends had the chicken wings and she was happy with them too. I didn’t think this is a place to seek out but you can definitely enjoy a nice pint by the river in the summer months and escape the heat. darcrose22albionadventures.blogspot.com

By far the best Italian restaurant in CW. Been a few times since discovering, and the staff cannot do enough for you, as we found out on a last minute celebration booking, were made to feel very spoilt. Prices extremely reasonable given the good quality. Great place, glad it’s local!

Amerigo Vespucci was an Italian who first demonstrated that Americas were a separate landmass from East Asia. Appropriate to its namesake this restaurant stands tall among the Canary Wharf restaurants and shows what a fine dining restaurant should be.The ambience is great, find a cosy corner to sit and enjoy your evening. The food is delicious and the presentation is exquisite. I would recommend avocado monte carlo in starters and tagliata di pollo con fungi. The portions are generous and waiters are attentive. They have an exhaustive wine list to choose from.A dinner for 2 can set you back by about 50 but it is worth the price. This is surely the best Italian restaurant in Canary Wharf.
