Love this place. Addicted to the sharing steak with lobster… just unreal. Always got bubbles on ice and a new cocktail for me to enjoy. Staff very professional. love the garden, nice to have the heaters there so I can sneak out for a cigarette!
Never again. Was a loyal customer for around 3 years and today I was charged for a starter in a lunch set menu. They’ve changed it recently but nobody told me that only some starters/mains are qualifying for a deal. Congratulations, guys, you’ve got extra 6 from me but you won’t get a penny more.
I have been coming to this pub for 3 years and today was my last time. I got charged 23 for lunch because new manager decided to remove all discounts they used to have without even notifying customers. When I pointed that to him a whole scene was made that I am horrible and rude customer, extremely unpleasant experience.
