A shame. A Thai green curry without little Thai aubergines, holy basil leaves and hardly any chilli is not a good Thai curry. It’s even worse when the green beans in it are a blend of over cooked and fresh and crispy – had it been standing simmering for hours – maybe because the plentiful, to be fair, pieces of ‘tender ‘ chicken were rubbery and tasteless . The Thai fish cakes starter were good and the portion of rice was a good size. In fact portions were good all round. However if the basic green curry is a benchmark for the authenticity of the other dishes then the standards have dropped since I ate there regularly a few years ago. I guess they know their market and it no longer appears to be me. Especially when they charge for green tea – normally complimentary in most Thai restaurants I go to. Tea, fish cakes, green curry and rice was just over 26. I will not be going again. They seem to have compromised quality for appeal to a mass and uninformed market who judging by numbers on a Wednesday night clearly have a different view to mine.

I never eat Thai food before and when I went there for first date I was sceptical coz I didn’t know what to expect. But when I went there I realised that that was the best food I’d ever tasted. The food was always fresh. The staff was very very friendly. I don’t have a bad word to say about that place. It’s very good place for first date. And i know that I may go there again for sure.

Enjoyable. Like the decor, service and food, especially the pineapple fried rice. Fav Thai rest.

Staff were immediately accommodating despite arriving late and not having booked. The food was excellent and the choices were many.

Excellent food. They were very busy but found us a table even though we had not booked. Really friendly, great service.

Unimpressed. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the restauarant was not even one-third full but service was awful from the moment we stepped in. Staff need to learn how to smile and be more polite. We were ordered to sit outside despite the fact that we didnt really want to. Staff seemed slightly annoyed that were even there.Food was sub-par but reasonably priced. The fish in the tank on the way upstairs were dying and couldnt breathe- gulping for air.Wont be going back
