Food was tasty, typical spanish tapas, but service was really bad, waitresses are switching between and actually like forgetting what and where need to serve., After our order, which was Choice of 3 cold tapas on the sharing board been served after hot tapas, which was ordered a bit later on. As well, ambience wasnt as Ive expected, cause music was way to loud and as well that type of music wasnt really spanish one, but latino, which is quite different., If I would want to go and be surrounded by latin music, I would go to cuban or mexican restaurant. Another negative thing what I would like to mention, that menus which are on this app, are old dated, needs update., As Ive asked at restaurant why there isnt few particular dishes on the menu? received answer that weve changed the Chef and all dishes comes slightly different … nonsense!

Although I have walked past this many a time, I only went to eat here because me and my friend fancied being outside and it happened to have outside seating. I’m so glad we did. There are plenty of places doing ‘tapas’ or small plates, and as delicious they may be, sometimes I cannot help but feel they’re too pricey for what they are. Some of the places doing Spanish tapas I can find a little plain. Yet here they were serving dishes that sounded interesting and were portioned generously enough to be truly shared, at really good prices. Better still, the dishes tasted as good as they sounded.Me and my friend only shared three dishes but they were filling enough. We had the tortiall jamon – a chunky omelette that was the right side of squidgy with plenty of potato, onion and ham. I ordered the baked asparagus with this – panko and parmesan encrusted spears served with aioli. What a beautiful dish! The asparagus was so crunchy, I would love to go back and have this again. My friend ordered the salmon on a mango salsa – so sweet and a little spicy, with salmon that was cooked delicately. It’s so nice when you stumble across somewhere that is just a joy! jaminaward.wixsite.com

Poor service-terrible food. To be honest I had high expectations of this place however my experience turned out to be the exact opposite! Firstly the waitress refused to seat us where requested in a pretty much empty restaurant which I found quite rude. We ordered our tapas and was told it would all arrive together…..this did not happen. We ordered paella which was tasteless and sloppy, lamp chops which were uncooked (to be fair they were raw not even rare to medium) and king prawns which turned out to be shrimps that looked like they had just been taken out of the freezer & microwaved. I informed the waitress about our food and was forced to repeat myself due to the fact that the waitress could not speak English which was quite embarrassing may I add for her and us. Another waitress came along 10minutes later took the uncooked good away without apologising or confirming what they would do about this. By this time my appetite had completely vanished so I asked for the bill. Finally the bill arrived and to my shock & horror the waitress had added an additional 5.50 to our bill as a tip without our permission. I asked for this to be removed as I felt it was daylight robbery not to mention terrible service & food we had just received. Very disappointing visit which was my first and last. Just BEWARE these people will add a service charge to your bill regardless of wether you choose to leave a tip or not Adios Amigos literally!!!
