X-UPPER: Sausage, Kitchen and Bar. Sausage is the new burger, only better! We specialise in gourmet sausages which we have hand selected from some of Europe's best butchers. Established in 2019. Our Executive Chef James Tanner and founder Mariam French travelled across Europe in order to search for the best sausage delicacies on offer. They tasted over 500 sausages and brought the best ones back to the heart of Islington.
