Noodle Nation was my go-to place for noodles in Oxford for years. The quality wasnt fine-dining level, but low prices combined with generous portions and fast service made it one of the best student eateries in town. Sadly, in recent years they have tried to go up market: eschewing their plain, hearty fare and raising their prices. Sadly, whilst previously their food represented excellent value that would definitely merit a 5-Star review within its niche, now their prices suggest they are trying to compete with sophisticated restaurants that deal in eastern cuisine like Wagamama, and at that they just cant match up.
Relatively cheap, and good service, but otherwise Noodle Nation was a disappointment – the noodles were dry and overflavoured, and the accompanying vegetables that went with my stir-fry noodles were few an d far between. I felt bloated and very thirsty after eating here.
I was here during my holiday & must say I am in love with the food they served. I had chicken curry, egg fried rice & vegetable wheat noodles. Few member in my family are vegetarians which was tricky for me but they have yumm recipes for them as well. It was not expensive too. Young crowd good food friendly crew what else you want..must visit..keep serving good food..cheers!
Really dry horrible dishes that came out minutes after ordering – bad sign!Also no Chinese people eating there, yet another sign to get out!
