About
'I grew up in Birmingham, where they made useful things and made them well.' -Lee Child We are bringing new life to a listed building in the industrial heart of Birmingham, famously referred to as a 'city of a thousand trades' during the industrial reveolution. At 1000 Trades we celebrate and champion all forms of craft; starting with an ever evolving beer selection, natural, organic wine and running through kitchen residencies in conjunction with local food entrepreneurs. All to a soundtrack prepared in partnership with Birmingham's thriving music community and the work of local artists showcased throughout the building. We are a neighbourhood bar in the traditional sense, a throwback to the days where the pubs were the beating heart of the local communities.Details

Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Shabby chic, bespoke and neat. Rotating menu every six weeks, always interesting, intriguing and worth a try. Would be 5 however only downside is the price as £16 is too much for a lamb hotpot.

Pleasant surprise, great beer selection, wines fab too, spirits enough, food great, better service. They seem to care about hospitality and their guests and seem to have events scheduled too. Thank you.
