Pinchos is an all day coffee house, tapas restaurant and wine bar on Edmund Street in Birminghams Colmore business District. We have created a dynamic wine list offering quality, rare and fine wines sourced mainly from around Spain, alongside modern tapas and snacks. Drinks From small growers to rare and fine vintages, Pinchos coffee & tapas house has a small but carefully selected wine list and wonderful cocktails. We offer just daily fresh food used to make light Pinchos for breakfast, lunch & Dinner.
