First visit and the roof terrace was busy as it was a sunny day so we sat indoors. The service is friendly but there was quite a long wait for food. When it arrived, it was great though! Buttermilk chicken (almost) as good as mine! Thanks guys!
Really nice food and a good selection of cocktails and drinks. The brunch options are also great. Service is extremely welcoming. A great option in Birmingham if you are looking for a pub with options not usually seen in one.
The food very much echoes a southern American vibe, with fried catfish (highly recommended) and stews. It’s heavily spiced and packs a punch. The staff can be a tad offputting, as they tend to get stressed out with busier crowds and it shows, but the food never suffers for it, which is a plus. The rooftop garden, as mentioned by others, is brilliant on a day that calls for it, as you can look out over the Jewellery Quarter while enjoying a drink.
A small but beautifully formed bar.Friendly atmosphere with polite staff.Main feature is the roof terrace.Fantastic value for money.
Great atmosphere and tasty food. Try this now!
