Had the three course option on a Groupon voucher. All three courses for my partner Margaret & I were very good. The lobster & mussels particularly so. Staff were attentive without being overbearing – gave sound advice. Ambience suited me – dignified & calm quite a change from the usual mayhem at most Resteraunt’s these days particle. Interesting & varied menu of Malay Chinese , Indian which you could pick & choose from four your courses. We enjoyed it & will go back

Virtually empty, devoid of atmosphere, intimidating service — we were offered several dishes without being told their price, and were aggressively pressed to buy an appetizer, which is remarkably shoddy service. The food was pricey (which seemed appropriate to the setting) but disappointing, my prawn tempura being entirely bog-standard. Not awful, but would rather spend that quantity of money elsewhere — see the much better ‘The Cross at Kenilworth’.
