I order takeaway from this restaurant a couple of times and overall I consider its service good. Once, they were really late and I had to call them twice to check if they were actually on their way, but it was just a unique event.I like Chinese food and I am not really an expert so I find all Chinese restaurants and takeaways really similar. As usual, I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, prawn crackers, spring rolls, fried egg rice. Portions were really big, so I had the chance to store it into the fridge and reheat in the microwave for a bit. They actually serve it in microwave safe containers. Also, if you do a big order, they bring free items – as drinks or more prawn crackers.
I was unlucky enough to receive someone else’s order, so I called in straight away for them to fix this. The person on the phone did not have knowledge of my order and claimed that only the delivery man knows what customers order. He said that it can only be sorted once the delivery guy comes back to the restaurant. I suggested that he rings up the guy for a quick exchange, and he changed the tone and pitch of his voice, seeming very angry and annoyed. No apologies made throughout the conversation, and a very sarcastic member of staff that suggests I wait another 30-45 minutes again for the right order to be delivered. I’m very disappointed that some people have no sense of customer service. Or sense of respect, period.
