The hotel takes great pride in the quality of the food served, the evening starts with aperitifs and canapes. Ingredients for the daily changing four course menu are sourced as locally as is possible, including beef and lamb from farms in the immediate vicinity, bacon dry cured by the local butcher and free range eggs, together with fish sourced only from sustainable fish stocks. Selections of fresh vegetables accompany the main course and each evening there is a hot plus cold dessert on offer. Coffee or tea and petit fours will round off a memorable evening. Dinner would be incomplete without fine wine to complement your meal. The wine list has recently been extended with an impressive choice of over 120 bins. Each wine is sourced from growers who use traditional methods.
