At Somer we work closely with local producers to create seasonal menus with excellent produce. Head chef Gareth Cartledge and his team have created this concept with input from Josh Eggleton, chef patron of The Pony & Trap and Adrian Kirikmaa, Food Development Manager at St Monica Trust, the team serves up great British food the way it's meant to be done.
