Reservation nightmare. Wouldn’t take a reservation over the phone, despite not been fully booked on the basis it might be busy. I tried to explain that when taking two small children (nephews) I’d prefer to book, but they refused.When I have eaten here the service is at best ok. Not sure the manager knows how to run a restaurant!
Good food bad service. We only ever go to Pizza hut if we fancy a nice pizza really, the service is never great always young staff who don’t seem to care. If you can get past that though then the pizzas are nice and there is always vouchers about to make it good value
