Worst experience ever. I had planned my birthday celebration here and ordered a Leg of Lamb 24 hours before but they didn’t have my order prepared. This was very disappointing and on top of that the management wasn’t ready to accept their mistake. Didn’t except this kind of service from Regency club. The manager Joe Fernandes didn’t even have an explanation and instead tried to blame it on me, saying I didn’t give them sufficient time for preparation. if it wasn’t ready they could have called me or emailed me about it. but they didn’t. It means they completely forgot about my order. It was very embarrassing situation in front of my friends and family. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was not too impressed by their authentic Indian food, however, I absolutely love their burgers and other snacks! I always end up having a craving for their Veg Paneer Burger; it is a must order for me, at least once every two weeks. Their portion sizes are great, and they give enough of their sauces, while also beingpocket-friendly.Recommendations:-Maru Bhajiya-Garlic Mogo-Veg Paneer Burger with Chips thatkenyanwanderer.wordpress.com
