Normally I shun fish and chips. I reckon it’s due to my upbringing and culture, where we prefer and eat way more grilled fish. Also, previous experience in the canteen at work have done little to improve my prejudice. Faulkner’s has showed me you can actually have really good fish and chips, with a haddock or cod fillet that tastes like real fish does, and chips with potato in them. Well done, Faulkner’s, count me as a customer.
