About
Roughly translated from Sardinian, Aio' means come and join us, it's an appropriate title for one of Bath's most welcoming restaurants. Currently the only restaurant in the South West specialising in Sardinian cuisine, Aio', on George Street is close to the Assembly Rooms and The Circus, is a unique dining proposition, providing Bath's gastronomes with an opportunity to step outside of the Italian comfort zone. A modern interior inspired by the warm tones and natural materials of a traditional trattoria leads through to a suntrap courtyard just made for enjoying Aio's summery cuisine.Details

Aio was a fantastic restaurant and where my wife and I got engaged. Amazing food and superb staff. Surely it must open up somewhere in Bath again??? Such a tragedy if it doesn’t.

We deliberately had the Sardinian house specialities and all three courses were marvellous. Olives and flatbreads, fish dishes to die for and a selection of local cheeses were excellent. Thankyou
Food is tasty and great selection of authentic Sardinian dishes. Great wines and lovely service. Had been multiple times and we were very happy all times we visited
