Ordering from this takeaway place was my worst experience I have ever had. After the delivery was already 20 mins late my partner called them up. They had no idea about the order, it took them 10 mins to give an unacceptable answer. They said they sent out an email asking whether we really want the order. It is not policy on just eat and I have never experienced similar with any other takeaway places. Interestingly when the person on the other side of the phone found the order entry, it showed cancelled on just eat. Covering your mistakes is not the best way to gain new customers or to keep old ones! One star is way too much for this horribly managed place!

After waiting over 2 hours and chasing several times (which was hard work as they never answer the phone), the food FINALLY arrived, but was stone cold.I rang back and spoke to the manager who profusely apologised and offered a full refund, or a replacement order. We opted for the refund, but after 2 weeks, I have still never seen it, despite ringing and chasing it several times.Shoddy service, false promises, and stone cold food, I would never bother with this place again, EVER.
