Need new staff. Food was nice, staff was very rude. Even the manager this has put me off going there again. I’ve been several times and this is the worst the staff have been. The bill was wrong as they added drinks on that we hadn’t had. And they were stroppy with us when we mentioned it. (NEED NEW STAFF)

Top notch!. I went to mozzeralls in the middle of a local jazz festival, the bar and eating area were packed with drinkers and eaters alike, we ordered drinks and were shown to our pre booked table. excellent menu choice offered, see thier website for this, myself and my partner order a pizza, meatballs and curly fries to share. all the food was excellent, just beautiful, the service was quick and considering the numbers of people eating i was v impressed by this. everyone very helpful and smart too. the bill was 22, excluding drinks. will be going again very soon, cant fault this little place, very impressed all round!
Really good Italian restaurant. We went with our two little ones early Sarurday evening. Excellent service, very attentive. Good food. The children enjoyed their menu too. All in all a good evening out. It’s a very popular restaurant, so booking advisable.
Fantastic. The single most consistently fantastic place to eat that I’ve ever been. There’s not much more to say, can’t fault the lovely service and food.
Inauthentic Italian fayre in the Colne Valley. I visited Mozzarella’s in Marsedn with group of 7 other female friends. I have been twice previously some years ago when I thought that it wasn’t bad.The ‘image’ of the place far outweighed the quality of food and service. We tried a variety of dishes, most of which were mediocre to very poor. Two people did enjoy their tagliatelle. The starters of a vegi anti pasti,, tear and share bread and garlic bread were pretty poor and had nothing to recommend them, but the bread was the best of the lot.My friend’s smoked haddock risotto was the dullest as it was underseasoned and did not contain any smoked haddock- in fact she had been told that they had run out of seafood and maybe they didn’t have the heart to tell her the smoked haddock was off too so just tried to con her into thinking that it must copntain the ‘smoked’ part by adding smoked paprika. The wild mushroom risotto was the most ‘unwild’ thing I’ve ever tasted.I ordered the goats cheese salad to be given unseasoned rocket and large pieces of pepper coated in balsamic glaze buried underneath a coffin of bread with a hunk of goats cheese welded to it. It made for grim eating and indeed wasn’t finished.Coffee was distinctly average and a darn sight poorer than the lovely coffee served at the Vanilla Bean cafe up the road in Slaithwaite.Service- well apart from having to shout orders at each other due to the shocking acoustics in the place, it was frenetic. We had to ask repeatedly for wines and I was told that they had changed the name of my order from salad to pizza- no wonder I have can’t lose weight! One friend’s 4 cheese pizza looked like a very poor skin graft and she left most of it.Despite this and a bill for 120 , we did enjoy ourselves. Plus, the place was packed which is intriguing if they were returning customers. But, we would have enjoyed ourselves anywhere because we were out for a very rare night out.I genuinely make far superior food at home and that is unacceptable. I make these comments so that the owners can have a think about what they are producing there with a view to improving same- I would like a decent ‘affordable’ place to eat out locally.
Nice friendly local Pizza & Pasta. Went with the girls this week.Usually we have a mix of Pizza & Pasta, but this time all of us had various pastas. All were good.Service is friendly. The wine list is OK but they could do with a wider choice of beer (I do not like Peroni).
