Hey, I’m always having bacon baguette or toast chees sandwich! It’s not wow what I order but it’s yuuumyyyyy! I don’t like that they don’t have liquid soap hands, they use the oldschool one!
The food is nice but the waitress with short hair is very b***** and grumpy. She expects you to order from the menu within 10 seconds after entering the place! When I told her that I will order my drink first and when she comes back I’ve had time to go through the menu and then will let her know what food I will order, she looked so irritated, left her order notebook on my table and said in a very unpleasant tone that she will come back! Another time my friend had lunch with her son at this cafe and the same waitress came twice to ask for the order within two minutes and when my friend said she’s not ready yet, the waitress got so irritated and started to say something in her own language and everyone looked at my friend and she felt so embarrassed. Why have a menu if you don’t like your customers to take the time to go through it?? They should sack this waitress but probably she’s the cafe owner’s family. There is another waitress who is so lovely and always smiling, the waitress with short hair could learn from her!! My colleagues stopped eating at this cafe for the same reason as I did! In general the food is ok and the other staff are customer friendly, but hey who wants to go back if you’re treated badly? There are plenty of many other cafe’s in Catford with a much more friendlier approach.
