It was terrible today, overcrowded with loud obnoxious students, waited an HOUR AND A HALF for food. I mean they were nice and we got a table my friend and I. I get that my order was two to takeaway and one to stay in but come on at least update us and tell us when the food is coming. I waited for an hour and a half to have my food order wrong and my food to take out to be wrong too. Good thing it was buy one get one free, or my hard earned money would of been lost. Thanks for nothing Kaspas.
Have been to Kaspa’s at multiple locations for deserts craving, most locations have same vibrant and welcoming interiors along with delicious range of deserts in the menu.Ambiance : 5/5Deserts: 4.5/5Presentation:5/5Staff & service: 3/5A must visit to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Not very impressed with staff, when it is busy they keep chasing you if you have finished it, they need to learn some basic manners of restaurant/eat in places!! staff guy eventually stopped chasing me when told him off that you can not keep asking me if I have finished it….
Went here with my flat mates yesterday. Oh god this is dessert heaven. I had a Nutella shake whereas my friends tried different types of waffles, crepes and pastries. All of us left very satisfied and wanting to come back again.
I visited Kaspas on Thursday and oh man is it good times. My mates and I were meant to go for a pint but we decided on something a little different. I’m glad we did.We were seated quickly and given the menu. It took us ages to decide on something. I was torn between having a waffle with Nutella and M&M’s and a White Chocolate Indulgence waffle. We went to order and pay (like in Nando’s.) I like this system as it means you can just leave when you are ready and I guess with the amount of options on the menu it works best to have people order in their own time.Anyway I get to the counter and they say they can give me a half and half waffle. This was perfect as I got to experience two types of waffle. I also had a White Chocolate Kinder Bueno milkshake, all I can say is WOW! That milkshake is a winner! The food came quick, service was good and there was something for everyone. The pricing is what you would expect but the portions are massive so there is value there (I’m literally a pig and left stuffed after a waffle and milkshake.) My friends had a variety of items including mint chocolate ice cream, an oreo sundae, a mango sundae, a berry smoothie and a snickers milkshake. When I visit again I’ll get the mango sundae as that was refreshing.5 stars from me, but I am a complete sugar fiend so there ya go.
I love the range of items in Kaspas everyone can find something they would love to eat there, me and my family went there for a little gathering once from then on its are go to dessert place to go.
