Although it is a chain, the location and the staff at this GBK is exceptional.It’s great to look out on the canal and see the boats go by and people watch.The staff are attentive and helpful for all your needs and happily give their recommendations and their favourite burgers so you can try something new, as they have a wide range of meat and vegetarian burgers.
Love the burgers! Very pleasant place for a quick bite
Cheap and cheerful. Yes, it’s only a burger. Yes, there is ketchup in squirty bottle on the table. But the food is tasty and portions generous. No McMeat pattes here! Ideal if you need somewhere to go with the kids but fancy a bottle of beer. And some of the more odd meats on the menu are seriously delicious!
Gourmet Burger. Actually not that impressed – the quality of the food was fine, the price was good except for the charge for one piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato on your burger being slightly ridiculous at 1.50. The service wasn’t fantastic but as we are a larger group (13) perhaps this caused some difficulty.
Some of the best burgers in town. I especially like the Kiwiburger. You can often find vouchers on the net.
Not cheap but you can certainly taste the quality of the produce used. The service is very good and the setting is relaxed with comfortable seating. Highly recommended if you want an amazing burger.
