Best Vietnamese restaurant in the UK. I had a witty detailed review of this place worked out in my head, but it just doesn’t fit this place. On the surface it is a simple family run restaurant, trying to convince sceptical locals to swap their usual Chinese takeaways for something with a bit more Vietnamese zing. After a few repeat visits, I realised that this is an absolute jewel of a place, 2 passionate cooks, evangelising for a little known cuisine, constantly changing menu, a range of dishes, cooking with care and love. Just brilliant.
