Best ever afternoon tea!
Posh nosh par excellence!. Went for an early dinner pre-Symphony Hall the day after Boxing Day and chose the City Cafe because it was one of the few places open early enough on this bank holiday.Though empty and a bit chilly, probably due to the fact we were first in and it was sub-zero outside, the service and food here is so, so good, and made slightly more affordable by the special two or three course meals for not all that much money. Very nice indeed, will definitely go back when we’re not such in a rush to get to a concert. I don’t think we’ve ever had such good service, anywhere.
