We are a collective of chefs and food professionals, who between us have 40 years restaurant experience throughout the Midlands and London. We love food and we're extremely passionate about what we do. We pride ourselves on using the best seasonal, locally-sourced produce and the creative ways we cook, cure and serve it to you. Always fresh and vibrant, we use our own range of marinades to tenderise beautiful meats, poultry and fish. Accompanied by our special recipe ketchups, rubs, relishes and pickle served with artisan breads and contemporary salads.
