Pathetic!! I have been to Zizzi before but have never encountered such a service. We were first asked to take our kids out (it’s not a quiet place and you can hardly hear other tables). Plus, the order took more than 45 mins to be served (was just 3 main course and starters). When we checked with the waiter, we were told that they wanted to serve starters first but the garlic bread was still missing.. lame excuse for late service.Service – 1 (if only I could give a zero) – spoilt the whole moodFood – 3Ambience – 3

Fantastic food specially the butterfly prawns and the pizza. The flavour of basil on pizza was very refreshing. A light music in background allows easy conversation across the table. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The location and ambience with a view of oven at the dinning area where they bake fresh pizza base is quiet catchy. Overall a very nice and pleasant experience. Can visit again.Anuradha Samtani
