Please note that we are closed in January 2020 and reopen 1st February. This traditional Cumbrian tearoom and shop is set inside the Village Institute, nestled in the heart of the Lake District Natonal Park in the historical village of Troutbeck. There are a selection paninis, sandwiches, home-made soups, cakes, teacakes, home made scones served with jam and clotted cream, cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate, teas, hot apple cider, cold drinks and English Lakes ice-creams. We also sell village shop basics for locals and holiday makers alike and locally produced cards and giftware. If you are passing through Troutbeck, please pop in and visit.
