Rude staff, awful attitude and trying to rip off customers! I ordered 4 X Jenny expresses which the menu states are 3.10 each for a hot drink and a pastry to be told total price was 20.40!! When I challenged this I was told the menu was wrong and the till was correct! I pointed out that I should be charged the advertised price to which the ignorant assistant snorted and laughed and told me I either wanted it or i didn’t! I told her I didn’t and would go somewhere else instead and she gave me the filthiest look ever and shrugged her shoulders. Disgraceful customer service and will charge you make the than mention that prices!
Caught up with an old friend here. We came across this bakery by accident. Doesn’t seem as big from the outside. But it’s fairly large and quite a laid back vibe. Love the wall with origami and seats are comfortable (well I noticed this after lotsa walking in London). We both had the nutella and mascarpone cake and some tea and coffee. Service was alright, they could have been more attentive. nafisa.co.za
