Have been to this place several times before – I wasn’t particularly impressed by their food (mediocre) and prices (high), but it was in a convenient location. However the worst is their customer service (I’ve witnessed how they have badly treated other customers as well, including children) – their attitude is complacent and stand-offish at best (as if they are doing you a favour by serving you) and downright rude at worst – the final straw was when one of the men behind the counter told me to buzz off’ because I questioned them about a ‘non-working’ debit card machine (2 minutes later his colleague used it and it miraculously worked!). I got a refund, walked out and will never use them again…I advise anyone who expects a basic level of common decency to avoid this place at all costs!
