Lawson's Pie & Mash was founded to continue the traditional pie and mash from London but with a modern twist. We're a family business and our Pies are made from an authentic recipe that has been passed down through the generations. Our pies are hand made at our premises in Basildon, using fresh locally sourced produce, and we strive to produce the best pie and mash there is!
