worst service ever! RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE…. tried to order food, was told will take an hour, so will come at 19:30, I then said ok can you please make sure it comes after 19:30. the guy on the phone said that we shouldn’t do that we should call half an hour before the time we want it and order then…I’m not really sure how you can say it will take an hour to make at 18:30 but at 19:00 it will only take 30 mins…Extremely rude since they were taken over by this new management…terrible customer service!
Apsolutly horrible under cooked chicken pink and smells. Never ever will order again. Gravy looks like sick in a pot. Staff are very rude. Chicken tastes like it’s been re fried 100 times plus. Definitely will consider getting in touch with the health and safety.

I was really impressed with this placeBeen going for a few years however I’m very bored from the flavour from the chicken burger batter I think they need to improve on that and expecially the spicy dip for there chicken burger it tastes too much of baked beansAlso the bbq ribs were my highlight and this past year they have either been under cooking them or over cooking themI really want a perfectly charred bbq ribs bot black or undercookedHope you guys improve things so I can come back
a really tasty shop. i would recommend to everyone out there. they make their own chicken too. also their chicken burgers and wraps and to die for!
Me and my partner both became sick with food poisoning shortly after eating here. We will be reporting this outlet to the council as it appears they don’t care about basic health and hygiene regulations.
Chicken not cooked properly and rubbish taste. Chicken also in a pinkish colour from inside and smells horrible. Never even bother
