We have cooked pakoras in Lewes for 19 yrs. We use local organic veg, Shropshire lentils (ground for the batter), we cook onsite & serve with dips. Its simple! We use sustainable materials & procedures, reduce food waste to a minimum and recycle everything we can. WE cook in domestic sunflower oil which goes for biodiesel. We are allergen-free & love our job! Everyone can eat them!
