I wanna make a complaint about this place .i don’t recommend anybody to go there if theY have any allergy to something. I asked the gentleman who served me to make sure rhat si not spicy the burger I ordered. .telling him for many times not to be spicy.. because I have a minor allergy to spicy food..well after repeating him that I don’t want to eat absolutely nothing spicy in it,he answered back promising that is not spicy.100% is not spicy..well I trusted him..I buy the food I get home and the burger was spicy (not too much but enough to make me sick) ..I was surprised that the ketchup was very spicy as well. After tellimg that i fotn want spicy ..even the ketchup was..I came back there looking for an answer and they start laughing at me telling me that is not spicy and is only one kind of ketchup. .I asked another customers to try it .hre said that was spicy but not too much..(was enogh spicy to mske me feel sick).the only thing staff did was to laugh at Me making me feel bad..beside the sickness and that I was really upset about it..their behaviour of one of them was r really rude ..thei didn’t even apologise about it..I WANNA MAKE SURE THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLACE IS CONSCIOUS ABOUT THE RUDE STAFF THEY HAVE ,THAT THEY DONT KNOE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CONDIMENTS..ANY CUSTOMER CAN DIE BECAUSE OF THIS MINOR ISSUE..I FEEL REALLY SICK RIGHT NOW AND THANKS GOD I DONT HAVE A MAJOR ALLERGY.I REALLY HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I DON’T WANNA GO BACK THERE EVER..I DON’T WANNA DIE OR GET SICK BECAUSE THE STAFF DOESN’T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPICY AND SWEET.
