Always pleasantly surprised by the food from this place. Full of flavour and spice. Fresh and well cooked. Always takes a little bit longer than they say it will though, but it really is worth the wait. I have too many favourite dishes to mention, I feel like I have almost tried every dish… and I’ve always finished the meal eating way too much, but with a big grin on my face.
I am so upset with my experience with this business. I ordered tonight via Just Eat at around 6.30pm for 7.45 pm, I had guests over and they wanted to eat before leaving for the airport. By 8.10pm, it had not arrived, I phoned up and they said I should wait 20 mins as it was busy. 20 mins went by and it still didn’t arrive, I called again and they said another 20 mins. By this point it was close to 9pm which means it was 1 hour and 15 mins late however they said they would send a free drink.I got a call at 9.10 pm saying the food was at my door but I was not opening it, I went to the door and saw that the driver had gone to the WRONG HOUSE!The free drink was nowhere to be seen but they did send fortune cookies. They did not send the chips I ordered and they sent 2 portions or rice instead of 1. The worst part is that they sent special fried rice which contains pork and I’m Muslim!They refunded the chips and rice and that was it, they are very unresponsive to any complaints. Terrible service, they don’t know what they are doing.
