I’ve tried to eat here a few times but the food is so often dreadful. My most recent doner kebad smelt like tuna and the meat seemed cold. Completely inedible. It’s also the most expensive kebab in walthamstow. 7 for a standard sized kebab. It’s much better if you walk up the road to forest kebabs
I used this place for years and always found food lovely, the staff were friendly particularly the guy who had long brown hair, however I went today 6th May 2017. Different staff prices have shot up and the portions have shrunk, massively! The Staff are rude can barely string a sentence and give the impression they only want your money. I had a take away and when I got home and checked my food half was missing. So I called them, nobody could speak English so complaining is a Waste of time because they just don’t understand or frankly care. Overall view is: Very poor food and even worse terrible customer satisfaction. Give it a miss so you won’t be disappointed. I’m local but will find a new shop now

This place is a gem, all the more so for being in the dreary wasteland that surrounds Blackhorse Road station (it’s right opposite the tube). Clean, attractive, Turkish restaurant, charming and efficient staff, and excellent range of kebabs, with other things on the menu, like grilled sea bass, all at a very reasonable price. Takeaway section at the front, restaurant to the rear and side. Stumbled across this by chance, as I had to meet a friend at the station, and can highly recommend if you are in the area or nearby.
