Awful customer service, bland food. No stars! My partner and I decided to stop here for food as we were in Lichfield for the day. We had not booked so went quite early, just before 6pm before bookings started arriving, as we knew we’d be quite quick. Bad choice, awful welcome. After the waitress made us feel terrible for not booking, she didn’t say a word, didn’t show us to our table just dumped a couple of menus on one. Someone else came to take our order and checked that we’d been told we need to be gone asap! Food was bland, nothing special.Starters were greasy and tasteless, I had seafood hotpot main, most of which was undercooked. (We paid 36 for two of us and I left hungry!! ) Then someone else started to clear the tablecloth while we were waiting for the bill! So rude, we told him what bad service we had received but he didn’t really care. We paid, gave them back their ‘loyalty card’.. as if we’d go back!, waste of money, we should have walked out as soon as we got there. We’ve never felt so unwelcome as we did here!Sticking to Thai Rainbow in Lichfield, far superior service and much tastier food.
Just ok. Went along to the Sunday buffet a few weeks back. There wasn’t a huge selection to choose from, the food was overly salty and rich and the dishes didn’t have any names on them (not good for people like me who only eat chicken and veg).Apart from that, the restaurant itself was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. 6/10
Excellent food, friendly service. Always a pleasure to eat at Lee Garden. Food is always of a high standard and served with efficiency and friendliness. Take away food is just as good as restaurant food.
A little expensive but always friendly service and great food, it can get a little cramped in busy periods.
Pricier than other restaurants in Lichfield, but well worth a visit. Top quality food and service!!!
Best in town. More expensive than any other Chinese in town, but you gets what you pay for. Also the only place where u can order proper Dim Sum – steamed dumplings etc.The only negative is that they dont deliver!
Good flavoursome dishes super staff. Mid range prices.
