Sirloin steak and snooty waitresses. My steak was dry and tough and i really should not have eaten it my friend sent hers back and another slightly better was brought the waitress said a steak is a steak its either good or bad we dont go to the butchers and buy the best . i wont go again
Very inconsistent, run out of chips, peas , and chicken on last two occasions of visit, ok if was a Sunday but not a holiday weekend, ran out of spit roast chicken so they substituted with chicken breast, when it came it was a quarter of a chicken breast, see photo very diss appointing,

She was a very chatty and helpful young girl and is a credit to your team. I do hope sending this review in she will be rewarded and my partner and i will deffinatly be returning again, we are publicans are selfs and it is nice to go to another premisis and get the service which i expect in my premisis. thank you trish and ray, the willows hotel.
