Rudest, most confrontational manger EVER encountered. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone – the manager is extremely rude and confrontational. Upon leaving them a review on another website stating the poor experiences we’d had with their saturday opening hours, we thought we would give them one more chance. When we went into the restaurant, the manager recognised us (as we’d tried to visit when they shut early before), seated us, gave us a menu, said some rather sarcastic comments, and then started to very rudely confront us about our review – accusing us of it being our fault. I have never been spoken to before like this – this is the worst customer experience I have EVER had. The man created such a horrible atmosphere that there was no chance we were going to eat there – but he remarked that he wasnt even going to serve us anyway because of the review we left them (which wasn’t even based on food or service, JUST their opening hours). It seemed like all he wanted was an argument, I have no idea how this man is running a business if this is the way he treats people. Very disappointed.
