Serves Sri Lankan food with Sri Lankan Lion Beer and Stout. Mutton Varuval we ordered was good but Parota was a big let down. The Kottu was pretty ordinary but cant complain your Kottu is as good as your Parota. The ladies who went with us were not too happy with Faluda either.Also noticed couple of inebriated people mistreate staff, but hats off to staff as they did handle it without a big deal.
A pretty cheap and humble place for some good Sri Lankan food in the east of London. We went there on a weekend which probably wasn’t the best ideas but the crabs and prawns and all the other starters were an absolute delight. I wish they were more spicy but I give it to them, since it was a weekend. Would cost about 40 pounds for 2, including two rounds of drinks!
I ordered food from Yaal using justeat.co.uk. It was easy placing the order and food came exactly at the time it was supposed to be delivered. We had veg spring rolls, chicken fried rice and Paneer curry. Everything was too oily and lacking seasoning. Chicken fried rice needs… well, chicken! There are better takeaway restaurants in the area, so we might not be ordering from them again.
