A lovely little basement jazz club with performances to sway you while you nibble away at your food. The music was definitely the highlight but the food did manage to impress as well. I tried the vegetarian special- the roasted aubergine and for dessert, the creme brle.Ambience: Very GoodFood/Drinks: GoodService: GoodMy recommendation: The rump of lamb was supposedly good
It’s hard to digest bad food and terrible vocals together ! The swordfish gave its life once. Why murder it again ?!! And the vocalist – I wish I had the swordfish tail handy !! Thank God he forgot the lyrics (better still – the start) to one on the playlist ! That used up about six minutes and saved us six of torture ! I hadn’t cried in a long time ……..l
Wow the best jazz place ever.I mean the food is ok not amazing but the environment , the music make you feeling to be back in the past in some special jazz place.I really advice To go here and enjoy the night , have a dinner , drink a chilly Baileys in front an amazing musician the dream of a perfect night
