Perfect for breakfast! Small eclectic place with warm and inviting ambiance. A wonderful menu with traditional items as well as several creative ones. Staff were friendly and helpful. Smoked salmon was fresh and delicious. Serves more than breakfast and has a full bar.
Balans is my go-to breakfast place in Kensington. Eggs in Hell is my favorite dish (eggs and potatoes in a spicy sauce) and they always have great espresso drinks. Clean, friendly, good service. Must go!

The food is appalling and just very low quality – I had their fry up and was just so poor I had to send it back I won’t be coming here again
