Two AA Rosettes have been awarded to the Cantinetta kitchen in recognition of the fabulous food produced by Chef Federico Tulli, who spent no less than seven years training under Britains king of Italian food Giorgio Locatelli, perfecting a style of cooking which has helped his venture to become much more than just another Italian restaurant. Many of the items used are imported directly from Italy for the authentic flavour that infuses the simple dishes in which innovation meets tradition for a unique eating experience. Cantinetta is decorated in modern style; sleekly open-plan with well-spaced tables and a comfortable bar area where drinkers perch on high stools as they explore the excellent drinks menu. In the summer months, Cantinetta is a favourite al fresco dining spot, its spacious pavement terrace shaded by large parasols.
