We ate in the Capability restaurant on a Saturday evening. Unlike most hotels, the restaurant was full with a good ambience. The food was really well prepared and there was good choices on the menu available. Portion sizes were good. I will definitely go back.

We ate here on a Saturday night. Service was good but the waiters did keep apologising for the wait when there really wasn’t one. Food was excellent. Mouth exploding with different flavours. Would recommend. Drinks were pricy though!
All food good quality and as described. As we booked we were asked about dietary needs and no fuss or bother to get gluten free tasty bread.
The food here was great, the staff were even greater, attentive and efficient. The ambience is relaxed. Loved it.
